Occident offers several courtesy services to its customers, which they can enjoy regardless of the insurance policy they have taken out. These services are Telephone medical advice, which allows access to a medical professional 24 hours a day, and Telephone legal advice, which connects you to a lawyer to resolve legal queries.
Each service has an explanatory page where you can find details of how to access it. If you have any questions, you can contact the 24-hour support service by telephone, WhatsApp or the online form.
The services are not linked to the cost of your premium. You can use them as many times as you like, up to the limits established in the general conditions of your policy.
