What makes our event cancellation insurance different
If you are an event promoter or agency, with event and show cancellation insurance, reimbursement of your investment will be guaranteed if any of the events you organise (concerts, festivals, congresses, seminars, etc.) cannot be held or are postponed, interrupted or suspended. It also includes reimbursement of advertising expenses, rental of premises, etc.
What does the event cancellation insurance cover
- Atmospheric and climatological phenomena: If the event has to be suspended due to rain, snow, hail, wind, flooding due to rain, or a hurricane, you can recover your expenditure.
- Failure of performers to appear: If those who were to participate in the event (singers, musicians, speakers, etc.) cannot attend for a justified reason related to illness, accident or death, you can recover your expenditure with this coverage.
Any other cause that is not a consequence of weather or climatological phenomena or the failure of the performers to appear, and which is not excluded in the policy.
- Damage to physical assets: Covers damage to the event's property insured against loss or deterioration. This coverage has exclusions and/or limitations to prevent fraud.
- Civil liability of the event: Civil liability insurance for the conduct of the event may be taken out together with insurance for the employer's liability and the assets entrusted, against damage to third parties.
